All returns need to be logged through our returns portal please.

Once this has been logged you will receive an email on the next steps. 


If you are returning goods that have been ordered in error, or no longer required, you will have to arrange for the goods to be returned to us. (Please use returns page above before returning items as this will help speed up the process)


The item and packaging must be in perfect and in resalable condition and returned within 28 days. You will need to arrange for the goods to be sent back to our warehouse and cover the costs for the return of goods, we do recommend using a tracked and signed service for more expensive items as we are not responsible for returns arranged by the customer if they are lost or damaged in transit by return.
