Cancellation Policy

If an item has been ordered in error you need to notify us as soon as possible both via email and phone, if the item has not yet been dispatched we will try to cancel the order and issue a full refund. 


If goods have already been dispatched or already gone down to packaging you can return in line with our returns policy.


We will try our very best to stop the item leaving our warehouse.
