All toilet seats are opened and checked in our warehouse prior to dispatch to for quality check.
The hinge pack inside the toilet seat box has a label stating ‘Important Sealed Hinge Pack If Hinge Packet Is opened Toilet Seat is NON RETURNABLE. Please Check Seat Before Opening’.
Please note if this sealed hinge pack is opened your right to return is VOID as we are unable to resell the seat for hygiene reasons.
