Sorry you are searching this, but If you believe that you have received an item which is faulty you must put in writing the issue with the goods along with any pictures if applicable to sales@bathroomspareparts.co.uk


We will then notify the manufactures of the faulty goods and advise on the next steps to take. 


The majority of products will hold a one year manufactures guarantee, on the event that a fitted product becomes faulty we will need to raise a claim with the manufactures as the guarantee is held through them and would be down to the manufactures discretion.
