If any goods arrive damaged, you must supply images of the damage along with your order number within 72 hours of delivery via email to sales@bathroomspareparts.co.uk.
If reported after this time we are unable to accept a claim that the item has been damaged in transit and therefore will be unable to accept the item as a return.
If goods received have been attempted to be fitted we will unable to accept a claim that your item has been damaged in transit and therefore will be unable to accept the item as a return.
Unless you refuse the initial delivery, please do not arrange a return as we will do this on your behalf and advise on the procedure to take regarding this.
If you have received the incorrect item or insufficient quantity, please send a picture via email to sales@bathroomspareparts.co.uk of the item that you have received along with a photograph of the label on the packaging which includes the product code.
This will need to be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
Please do not arrange a return as we will do this on your behalf and advise on the procedure to take regarding this.
